World's Best Martial Artist is a recent donghua that I recommend worth watching. The plot involves a young man who wants to be stronger and many things he went through to make progress. The main character is not too generic or annoying just right. The art is nice and animation especially for the fights is nice, especially in the later parts. Just be aware the story doesn't fully conclude, possibly a setup to s2. I overall just had a fun ride watching, being engaged and amazed at what I was seeing. In addition it had a wide variety of characters whichI liked.
