Review of Horimiya

It has been a long time since I have seen a romance anime that I really enjoyed and gave me the feels. Despite taking place in a high school setting Horimiya is a breath of fresh air in what it offers to the slice of life/romantic genre. I love the development of story between Hori and Miyamura and it is so refreshing to see their day to day interactions and growth of friendship together that feels so realistic and mature compared to the typical ditzy girl/overly cold and hot guy trope. 13 episodes is too short, but Horimiya is a series one can return toagain and again and wallk away feeling warm and fuzzy in the heart.
