Review of The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 3

Given I post this now without spoiler warning, I'll make it short and sweet. Season 1 showed a lot of promise, season 2 squandered it - but there are second chances -, but season 3 put the nail in the coffin. I don't know. Should season 4 come out I will give it another chance, just because I do see this still can be salvaged, but maybe I am too naive here. If they continue the path, I would humbly request the anime to be renamed to something along the lines of: Friends, a Village, and Adventures. At least this makes it clear to theaudience that the shield hero is one of many side characters, but surely not the MC.
