Review of Gangsta.

Gangsta in a word: Grimy I enjoyed the action and I kind of enjoyed the plot. Some of the characters are memorable, some are not. (that rhymed unintentionally lol) The thing that stood out the most to me was the art of the OP. I almost wish the whole anime had been stylized like that. It certainly would have made it more interesting! I wanted to like it, but it was difficult to watch. Not because of the violence, cuz I'm fine with dat, but the whole thing had a dirty, grimy feel too it. Naturally, I figure this is because one lead is awell- bosomed female prostitute, another lead is a male prostitute, there's drug addictions, sex, murder, and power struggle. In other words: this is an adult anime.

All in all it was okay, but by the time I had finished it, I wished I had picked something else to watch, so I'm probably never going to rewatch this one.
