Bikyaku Seido Kaichou Ai is one of those H-Anime that follows one certain kind of fetish, well mainly. The main character suffers from the high and mighty school's council president Ai Ninomiya who daily insults and humiliates him in front of all the other students. He always has to do the dirty work for Ai and gets shouted at for every little mistake. Deeply mad at Ai, the main character sneaks into her room and finds a book with secrets about Ai that shouldn't be revealed. As he confronts her with this and see's that she is desperated, he takes the advantage and blackmails herfor some weird sex.

What starts now are some sex scenes mainly based on leg and feet fetish and nailing Ai right after. So if you like foot-jobs and using legs as masturbation "object" you are good to watch this H-Anime, else you wont have much fun here, because that's all what Bikyaku Seido Kaichou Ai is mainly all about. Sadly the same scheme is used all over again, so this is getting, even for this fetish lovers, somehow boring. The animations itself are ok, they aren't really horrible but not one of the smoothest. At least there are none of those scenes repeating which makes it a bit more enjoyably. The characters are pretty much unlieable, of course Ai is mentioned to be, but her character gets kind of boring after some time. I also hated the main character, he has no great attitudes and isn't one of the hot male Hentai heroes that i like.

All in all an average H-Anime with a special fetish, if you like that theme then you will be ok with it, but don't expect something great.
