If we are to "objectively" rate this anime then perhaps a 6 out of 10 would be appropriate - which just so happens to be the current average score. But really, not every piece of media is made to be enjoyed by everyone. Ask yourself: what is it what you like? And can it be found in this anime? I can safely say that art style, animation and especially the music are decent. Very few viewers will have any issues with these aspects of the show - but of course, these are not the things that people come for. There's no other way to put itbut: it's about the action and the sex appeal. If you happen to like these things–like I do–then this show is for you. If you expect anything grand plot-wise, you will be disappointed however.

For what its worth, I had no issues watching all 10 episodes (plus the OVA) in one sitting, which is something I can say for very few shows.
