Review of Astra Lost in Space
I just got done with Kanata no Astra and I thought I'd give it a review, although I'm not great at writing reviews. The first episode did a great job at hooking me on the plot and made me genuinely worried for the safety of the characters, which were established fairly well before they even got to space. It was nice to see them all form bonds with each other during the time they spent together and made me genuinely happy. Also, the majority of the characters have great character development throughout the show and it was nice to see them grow as people. The story keptme hooked until the very end. It was interesting to see how the characters would cope on the different planets they visit and the ways they get themselves out of tough situations. I'm amazed they managed to get the whole plot into just 12 episodes but they did it really well!
I won't lie, I got kind of lost on the plot during the final few episodes. I won't give any spoilers but it definitely confused me and I had to take a quick break to try and figure out what was actually going on. Once I got it through my head, it was very interesting to watch play out.
If you're a fan of sci-fi or comedy anime, I'd definitely give this one a watch!
