Astro Boy: The Brave in Space isnt really a movie. Its 3 episodes from the 1960 Astro Boy edited together for theatres. The Robot Spaceship, Earth Defense Army, and The Last Day of Earth. All 3 relating to space. The first is about a spaceship made entirely of robots. But a piece gets stolen. The second is actually a crossover. Astro teams up with "Number 7". A manga by Astro Boy creator Tezuka Osamu. They fight aliens who have invaded the moon. This episode was supposed to be a pilot for Number 7 which never got an anime. The last is about an alien robot named Beamo whohas a bomb powerful enough to destroy the Earth. But if that wasnt bad enough there is also a huge asteroid heading for Earth. The planet is stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Its worth watching if you are a fan of the 60's Astro Boy.
Its in black&white with Earth Defense Army being converted to color.
