7 /10

WARNING: Spoilers. Read at own risk. The reason I gave the story a 7 is because it has a decent storyline. There was a decent plot and the story does build up some tension. However, sometimes that tension is cut off at certain points. The art is good, one of the good art styles among the many artists who drew for this series. I didn't like the characters that much. Alice could have been a more developed character in my opinion. Elliot was ... somewhat weird in this volume. I frankly did not like one scene were he tried to... no, not spoiling it. I've noticed whenreading the other books (Clover, for example) that the love interest is somewhat... possessive. Julius seems to be everyone's punching bag, which although shows how Julius is not liked by society well, it's always bothers me. Why Julius? Although, this book did show why Elliot was jealous and spiteful of Julius unlike other books.

I somewhat enjoyed it. I did enjoy reading certain points but some I didn't enjoy...

Overall, if you like these books, I guess its a fair read.
