Review of Hyouka

This is the first time i am writing a review. Even though i am not comfortable with Japanese culture and custom i thoroughly enjoyed the series . The first episode was average , a first year guy in high school forced to join a club against his will , meets a girl of same year. a typical set up for a romantic anime . Hyouka is not a romantic anime , it is more of a mystery , slice of life type... I wouldn't say there is no romance either. Okay, in this series the main guy seems to have a very good analyticaland deduction skills which he uses (or rather forced to use) to solve many mystery the members of the club came across their daily life . One thing great about this series is its characters and their interactions and how it changes during the course of the series.

One more thing... hyouka is not an anime for everyone , if you are not hooked up by the series after 5-6 episodes then just drop it. If you are not in to it then there is no point in completing it.
