Not much to talk about, these specials close the anime, as well as its history, if there is one end (reference). The special introduces an additional character with a strong personality and features! Other characters are highlighted, which is wonderful! Watching Baccano and these 3 special episodes is a wonderful and unique experience! The dialogues here can be more tiring, the antagonist's reflections can be long and exhausting, but that's a good point, since he's a well-built character, and that's 3 episodes deep. The old antagonist gains even greater prominence by showing his dilemmas and motivations out of what he was before!
