Review of Bakemonogatari

I would recommend giving Bakemonogatari a try if you enjoy shows with long dialogue sequences and less action. For example, Quentin Tarantino. This show is broken up into several arcs in which the MC has to face some type of supernatural mishap going on and solve the problem with some help from his friends. These individual stories are very interesting and I loved watching the conclusion of each arc. However, the long dialogue was not for me. I did appreciate the psychological aspect of the stories and the accompanying dialogue, but too much of the dialogue I found to be unrelated, uninteresting, and pretty boringto have to listen to.
