Okay, so if you've NEVER watched this, do yourself a favor and please watch the English dub. It's at a point where it's so bad that it's ultimately one of the best and funniest pieces of media conceived. The awful dialogue, voice acting, and sound design just culminates into a grotesque mess that I can't help but love. The possibility of it being a school project or just a group of people who just wanted to have fun with a dumb anime just elevates my respect for the English dub. If you and a few friends want to watch a fun OVA, I must recommendthe English dub.
