One of my favorite anime! Riiya was my childhood crush haha. This story is very diverse and about the adventures of Chacha and her friends. It's cute, comedic and has romance! If you like watching magical transformations you would enjoy this one. Chacha when transformed turns into an adult version of herself. All the characters are diverse in personality and each episode brings something new. The setting is in a magical world where anything is possible. The opening is one of my favorites as well, it's nostalgic. I love the classic old shoujo art style, it's not over the top.
