So “Megumi” is an anime based on the real life event of N.Korea abducting Japanese in order to learn Japanese culture. The main character is Megumi yokota a 13 y.o girl who was kidnapped on 1977. Story:I don’t really know how to rate this because it’s a real life story with real people names on it but the story here is executed badly it’s just bad but you can get a few tear drops out of it. -4 Art:It’s just bad and unique at the same time to me, the animation doesn’t show that many movement the don’t even bother animating the mouth movements, what I found uniqueis that they implemented real life pics of Megumi and her family it helped the story quiet a bit. -3

Sound:It.. it’s just painful to hear, blame it on the dub they don’t even match the mouth movements. -2

Character:It’s horrible you can easily tell who is who easily but there’s like 0 character development. -3

Enjoyment:I do like watching this more than just reading the article about it but yeah... it’s not that enjoyable. -3

So don’t even bother watching it if you don’t wanna suffer from the dub and animation.

P.S: Sorry for the bad english, love y’all x3
