Review of Neon Genesis Evangelion

Neon Genesis Evangelion has aged very well.It can be watched easily without feeling old.The story overall its is really good but it uses many references from religions so have that in mind if you feel bothered by it.Also,it has a lot of philosofical references as well which is subjective if you like or not. The characters though are very interesting personalities.The artstyle is older but really good,reminded me a bit of GTO.Sound is great as well and the voice acting really good.Also,the action scenes were great and satisfying as well.I watched the series on Netflix,so there are some minor changes with the original, visually,and tothe voice acting.In the end though of the main anime,I can't say I loved the ending.It ended too sudden and the last 2 episodes are philosofical lessons somewhat which isn't my thing.There is the movie as well where it shows an alterantive ending though just like it happened with Code Geass.I would recommend it overall but i wouldn't say its the best anime out there.
