Review of Shiki

Well, well, well. Shiki is one of the greatest anime I've seen so far, but in some way I couldn't get good connected to this anime. Yes, it is awesome; yes, it has an good story and yes, the characters are great. The only question I could ask myself was how dumb those villagers could be and especially the doctor, that they needed about 6 episodes to find out en try to clear and understand it the next 10 episodes. But the next episodes made everything of the story clear and goes a bit deeper in the relationship between human and vampire, hate, fear and hope. I certainly wouldrecommend this anime to everybody. It is a little bit lame, but the power of the story and between people is those 8 hours worth watching it
