Review of Katanagatari

This is the first time I've come to the review section to express my feelings about a show. What an utter letdown. The reviews and MAL score promised great things, but none were ever achieved. The main character is predictable, idiotic, and a couple of chromosomes short of a full set. Honestly, the only thing this show has going for it is the music. You will be left disappointed and with a bitter taste in your mouth regarding the ending. I kept watching, waiting for the big moment that never came. I really can not understand why people have rated this so highly, and struggleto award it any more than a 4. I wouldn't waste your time on this show. It's completely ridiculous and goes absolutely nowhere.
