This is probably the very worst Sgt. Frog anime movie I've ever seen in my life. Why? Because the Keroro Platoon's violent dragon forms felt too abrupt and out-of-character throughout this movie, which is not really in-line with their usual adorable personalities at all. It kind of reminds of how Spongebob and Patrick viciously attack each other during the climax of the "Fry Cook Games" episode in the Spongebob SquarePants TV Series, which is not really in-line with their general "Best Friends Forever" dynamic at all. In addition, Terara is super ugly in the end to be honest. Another possible reason could be that I'm honestly more familiar withthe 2004 anime series than the movies in general.

Overall, I would give this movie a one out of ten.
