Anohana presents a group of six childhood friends that took different paths in life after one of them, Menma, died when they were younger. After a couple of years, Menma comes in a spirit for to "haunt" Jintan, one of the 6. Menma tells Jintan that she came because she needs him to grant her wish, and for her wish, all the 6 friends must be present. This is pretty hard for Jintan because weren't as close as they had been. The story is very good, having an interesting plot and relatable characters. It's quite interesting to see the story evolve and see them arrive in a predictable, but heart warming point. Thereare also some bad parts, and by that, I refer to the characters. Sometimes they do extreme things or have very powerful absurd thoughts that just don't feel normal.

The Animation is done by A-! pictures and they do a fine job. There is a fluid animation with amazing moments but most of it it's just good in my opinion.

The series is definetly enjoying ,but it strenght lies in the end scene, which is amazing and will most likely make you cry,or at least awaken some powerful feelings in you.

Overall, this is a "great" anime, that you SHOULD watch if you like anime series that have something emotional to offer!
