Review of Durarara!!
In the beginning I thought it was going to be an anime that I would need to make myself get into or else I would eventually lose interest in, but as I progressed I realized that it was going places. Everything is connected, everyone has secrets. Makes it seem like the town is a very small place and everyone knows each other. Izaya Orihara is my ideal character. I love stories that have some sort of master manipulator in the mix. Having them weave their threads and wait to see you get caught in the trap, or who become puppets to the master puppeteer. Ireally like Celty. She behaves way more human-like than I thought she would, and it's funny.
This anime offers stories from different people's perspectives so that you can know what's going on while some other event that was taking place was in focus at the time. This brings out the feel of interconnection in the anime, how everything is tied, and how small the town feels in respect to the story.
