I gave it a high score not because it can be considered an awesome anime in todays taste and standarts but because it is so much fun in its own terms. That is 80s/90s OVAs! There is not much of a story to follow to be honest. It just plays around the idea that people "change" when they are aroused sexually or otherwise. What makes it a great anime is its style. If you are a fan of the late 80s early 90s anime, this is a must watch. It has a coherent story, a great style, adequate amount of gore and obscenity, and acatchy phrase to top it all: TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION MADONNA!! whatever that means.
