Out of curiosity, I watched this just to see how bad it really was. It's bad, but its not 1 material. I find a 1 to be something you get angry about when you think of it because every aspect of it was comparable to nails on a chalkboard. This OVA is like if you heard someone talk about Evangelion from another room and then made it your school project, and its ironically good. The characters and story are weak, the art is... expected 2004 quality, and the sound honestly wasn't that terrible. There are far more abysmal productions out there, in my opinion.
