ANIME FEATURES SCAT Short spoiler-free review for this MAL entry: With high-quality art and professionalism in music and presentation, this character-driven dark tale takes place in the nights of the hospital ward, where an insane doctor is trying to bend a nurse into extreme acts of sex and degradation. However well-directed and effective, the large amount of scat including diarrhea and coprophagia kills the enjoyment for this reviewer. Still watchable thanks to the very sexy Ren, featured in top notch Murakami fellatio scenes, and the captivating plot.
