If you think that its going to just be about submairnes in Submarine 707 Revolution then you are mildly wrong. This series has a good plot and I am suprised that they stopped making more they could have made a good anime series out of these two good OVA's. From the Charaters the japanases commander of the 707 joins in on the fight with the Peace Keeping Nations to fight against the curing wind of the ocean the USR to cleanse the oceans of the thilfy invaders. If you look at these movies the charaters always have something that draws them together and in thesecound one they pratically enilated half of the USR fleet. Long Story short these OVAs can have more a more lasting impact on a series espically Submarine 707.
