To talk about Suzumiya Haruhi is a hard topic. Overall, because you will get a bunch of different impressions about the series. Seems that regarding Manga, everybody will agree that is enjoyable and magnificent. Something that the Anime Series might not create properly in the fan's hearts (at least, not in all). Based on that background, Kyoto Animation and Kadokawa shows a movie that pretends to expand the Haruhi universe exactly how made us feel from the Manga. Many fans questioned about the lack of these chapters. Finally, their prays were heard and in an incredible manner. With an outstanding animation, great voice characterization andplot, the disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya goes beyond the feelings and emotions of the lovely characters we know. Is a way to make you understand how you much you care about them and how important are for the series. Overall, the story concentrates on Kyon. What are his motivations? How does he always please Haruhi although he doesn't agree?

As the story has been unfolded a little on the synopsis of this site, you can imagine that the things are not right and Kyon should find a way to solve it. They way it does is marvelously taken and even though you can think that should sound contradictory (as a sort) the way is handled is creative and complex as it is mixed between a chapter of the series.

In general, the disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya offers great story telling, impressive direction and dramatizes in a way the series never went. And not misunderstand it. The Series in my opinion are great. The thing is that the movies goes beyond and moves you. I really hope a third installment of the series.

Enjoy!!
