i just get into Mini 4WD again and decided to watch this anime, and here's a short review from me. First, this anime really aged like it should, it's repetitive and really predictable. i can still enjoyed it as a 21 years old, but it's because i've watch some of the episode from TV when i'm still a little kid so nostalgia play a big factor here. second, i already said that it's really predictable because the MC got a huge plot armor, win at the end and the bad guy lose everything. but it's a kid anime from the 90's so it's fine i guess. third, therace scene sometime feels pretty boring, but sometime it still gets me pretty excited especially when Gou unleashed the Magnum Tornado. but for real tho, who the hell let this kid race on an active volcano LOL.

in summary, a lot of kids under 10 and some older gen that wanna watch it for nostalgia reason should be able to enjoy this anime, it really show what 90's kid anime looks like.
