This relatively short story suffers from having a really great premise that just unfortunately never quite delivers. It gets close and it has both some enjoyable and funny moments, but it constantly derails itself through missed opportunities to develop characters, themes, scenarios or drama. The marriage happens pretty quickly so whilst it's fun to get straight into the antics, the characters never get the early development they need; although that's to be expected in such a short series. The story also suffers through squeezing in a side-character story which further compromises development in it's 18 chapters. Where the story does do well though is in it's handlingot the main female lead. Clearly somewhat in yandere territory, it is enjoyable reading her character playing to the trope. Unfortunately, she's let down by a very poor depiction of the male lead who has some pretty poor development so you're left feeling somewhat apathetic and pretty uninterested in his character.

Overall, worth a quick read through if you're bored and enjoy a bit of establish relationship hijinx. Just don't go in expecting to feel wholly satisfied by the end.
