They have big foreheads and weird but cute outfits and do silly ninja things when they're not calling men gross and smelly. Look at the poster. Comedy is good if you can ignore the girl that likes to eat. Each episode is split into two short stories, usually focusing on a specific team, but sometimes advancing the plot. The ED changes based on the characters they focus on for the episode, who themselves are very lively and diverse. Animation is also amazing during the action sequences. As you can see, this anime was made to satisfy a certain audience. It does that job well.
