Act Like You Love Me! · review
Picked it up scrolling, no expectations. Blew me away. Pacing perfect, not slow or fast. Mains have real reasons to fall hard, digs into pasts, family issues(grief, controlled household, finance), friendships, bad high school experiences, even lack of empathy (shown real, not bad). Sticks to romance and plot. Every character wraps up clean, no useless extras. Antags are great, endings make sense and satisfy after protag wins. Fanservice has kissing, hugging, intimate moments but no smut—just implied. At most 2 small scene rectangles, but tension hits hard. Read if you like second male leads, eye bag guys, super funny stuff, romcom with some sad relatable bits (not tooheavy), kidnapping, happy end (no marriage kids timeskip, unfortunately).
This all happens in an adult working setting.
Tiny doomed yuri mention upset me tho.
