Same as the tone of series as a whole. At timeslives are at stake and background inhabitants people are slaughtered left and right, at others fan-service beach scenes.

The romance plot of herbivore MC harem didn't add anything to the story. Didn't bother checking, but looking back, I think every other episode if not in all of them, one of harem girls was crying and expressing how hard it is to be a nobility and live on silver platter.
