Review of Ping Pong the Animation

good sports anime are usually about sports, but great sports anime are something else, whether you like that sport or even understand it doesn't matter, it takes almost nothing from its greatness, what to them is a sport to you may feel similar to something else you have lived or experienced, it's a part of living, I guess great sports anime are about life, and ping pong the animation fully embraces that. the animation style is simple but it kind of grows on you, you can imagine these characters in a more abstract and less detailed form and it's kind of refreshing not to expect somethingbig animation-wise, abstract as they may be though they are some incredibly relatable characters, not that you'd relate much to them in a literal sense, just in a way where they are just feel real.
