This was recommended by a friend who loves this anime. Another show by Masaaki Yuasa, the one who also produced Japan Sinks: 2020 recently. As someone that watched this show during quarantine, it does provide the entertainment to someone who is bored out of their mind. I would recommend this show if you wish to pass the time. Besides that, here is my review based on watching it for the first time: Much like other reviews stated, this show is gore, sex, and demons wrapped into 1 package. It really focuses on the human state & religion. The story was messy in my opinion, it was sortof hard to follow, even from the very beginning. I was pretty much saying "What the ****" and "I don't get it" the whole time. Though, I did enjoy the last 2 episodes. The art was okay, it is very distinctive & unique, though I found a lot of parts wonky & straight up weird to look at. I did very much enjoy the OST, however. A good counter to the fairly okay storyline. It's extremely hard to get away from the sex & gore. There is probably no way you can watch this with parents in the house unless you skip 80% of the episode.

I came into this show after watching Japan Sinks: 2020, which I found underwhelming. I knew the producer was the same person, so naturally, I didn't carry high expectations. Between the 2, however, I'd rather watch Devilman Crybaby.
