Review of The Fruit of Evolution: Before I Knew It, My Life Had It Made

I have never wanted to write a review just to warn people about a show before. This one doesn't even try to improve itself as it release new episodes rather keeping the same amount of ridiculousness in hopes it works itself to the end. Spoiler of course you have been warned. At first episode I was greatly turn off by the choice of companion, but then ep1 shows the gorilla having more to itself than just an animal who was created to follow mc. When she sacrifice herself for mc sake yeah I do shed a tear thats how much invested I am to that episodeand when she got revive again I was truly happy, and then she became a human(Don't be suprise by this now its an anime kinda what you expect when you watch anime). The mc power up to Saria death was shallow if anything something about it just feels lacking. to then we got introduce to a magician sheep that help mc a little quite simple and fun was what I thought.

The next 11 episodes was just similar formula with more stupidity piled up one after another. 2nd girl show up apparently her only trait is that she is unlucky and her bad luck brings op mc to a random final boss dungeon. She got separated from mc, fought boss cuz she felt resposible and lose and of course mc came in time to save her. 2 eps of this plot line what makes it infuriating is that in the first part of it mc supposely can't destroy a dang wall with his crazy strength thats why they are separated in the first place but suddenly when mc suppose to save her he was able to break the wall no sweat????? Does the author just forgot why they got separated in the first place?????

Next episode we got 2nd girl fell in love with mc for saving her, ah yes how unusual for a harem isekai. They ran away from each other. One can't register the feeling and the other unsured about accepting her love, a few boring talk happens and suddenly it reveals Saria not even against harem cuz "strong leader many women" gorilla logic I guess. And they got married.

Then we got 3rd girl introduce except she a donkey now, next girl a knight girl who want to call mc teacher cuz mc beat her in a match all those honors gone down the drain hpw unusual. Next girl an assasin catgirl who calls mc big brother and it keeps going.

If anything I wont mind the characters that much if they dont get played of as jokes too much but they did and here I am regretting watching that show till the end i hopes it change it ways and become a better story as it goes on.

One thing I hate the most is that, Mc is built to be oneshotting everything in the series but they keep changing that. Like in the last episode they are in war with demons althought it was just a bunch of smallfries for mc and he definitely can just one shot them all the show just want to give spotlight to other characters as to make them look equally important as mc. But then at the near end they gpt incapacitated and what did mc do? Yes he make a new power that wipe evil people across the battlefield how easy. IF he didnt know he can do that and suddenly was able to than thats something I can atleast understand, but he know he can he just want a crucial moment to use it.

Please reconsider if you even want to watch this thing. Don't waste that precious 6 hours and watch something more enjoyable than waste it on this dumpster fire of a show.
