This is objectively not very good. The animation is average, as is the writing and much of the music. It's a retread of the most basic tropes of isekai/villianess anime. That being said, it just makes you smile for some reason. It's so unapologetically melodramatic and just rolls with it. Characters make utterly stupid decisions just to set up needless drama. It takes itself way too seriously in a way that's just kind of fun. This is probably the least objective review I've written on here, but give it a chance. Especially now that they somehow greenlit a second season.
