As someone who has watched countless animes for years, as time goes by it's hard not to find things repetitive so I admit when I first came across Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai back in 2019 I remember watching the first episode but somehow had forgotten about it... maybe the pandemic and all chaos to life as we all knew back then happened... then last week someone... not a friend but more like a someone at work who knows I like anime because by chance we found out we both Spy x Family, recommended Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai to me.. and this person is a retired ceo ofa pharmaceutical company and I say retired but he's rather 'young'... perhaps in his 50s but all this is why I decided to check this anime out... and is how I came to realise I had actually started watching it 2 years ago.

After rewatching S01E01 I remember thinking 'wow, so much creativity in these few seconds and since then I became hooked!!

Things I absolutely adore:

1. LOVABLE and relatable characters. They just feel real and at times I recalled moments and people from my high school days and even friends I have now.

2. THE VOICE ACTING !!!!!! I can't stress how perfect EACH voice actor is and the versatility and range in their voices switching from comedy to seriousness. Full 100%

3. At first glance it's like a universe of madness... everything seems random but later on at some point they all come together and contribute to the plot and you've got the wonderful narrator to guide us lol

4. The ending... specially Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Ultra Romantic.. those last few seconds definitely added the finishing touch. It was so simple yet so unexpected and brilliant.

I absolutely recommend this anime... all 3 seasons because it's fun and funny and creative and soothingly perfect after a long day.

ps. if you're wondering why I didn't give it a 10... it's because I wanted to see more of Miyuki's daddy esp in the final ep lol he's too funny and him having Dio's voice actor makes everything he says hilarious lol
