Review of Suzume

Good but both your name and weathering with you are better. Music is good but is worse than in your name and weathering with you and isn't used as well. Romance was present but was much less of it than in shinkais other recent films. Pretty much just inferior to both other movies. Is worth watching for those that enjoyed his other films but is definitely worse. Has very similar plot to his other 2 recent films and its just gotten worse the 3rd time around. His other recent films just seem to do everything better. Souta seemed like an interesting character, would have beennice to see him human more instead of as a chair. The supporting characters Tamaki and serizawa werent that interesting. Film also kinda dragged on, it lasts 2 hours and it kinda falls of in the middle and gets a bit boring. The film also set up all these interesting things like the gates, keystones and gods and then never went into real detail on them. Alot of things happened around these ideas and was just never explained you have to just figure stuff out.
