Review of Bakemonogatari

I'm gonna keep this short and simple, I think people flock to this anime for the wrong reasons (namely the loli shit) when in reality the real draw to this anime is that its trying to be so many things at once and some how against all odds succeeding. This anime does a great job of being a rich slice of life romcom harem with lovable characters and fun witty comedy combined with an interesting and thought provoking super natural mystery with tense drama and great art. I once believed that under no circumstances does this work, there is no sense trying to be goodat everything because it usually results in every aspect being mediocre, but somehow Bakemonogatari does it, it pleasantly surprised me and I'm looking forward to watching more of the Monogatari series.
