ano hana is one of the saddest souls I've ever seen when I finished the anime I started crying for the ending, you too have gone through the same thing .... The plot tells of a group of children whose life is interrupted due to the tragic, sudden and cruel death of one of them, whose mourning will lead them to divide and then find each other again. They split "because of" Menma, but they will come together "thanks to" to Menma. She is what unites them to one another. I found the drawings of the animations excellent, both for the characters and for the settings; thefirst because they had such expressiveness that it was as if I had found myself there among them and felt their own feelings; as for the scenarios, I found them very detailed, finding in some scenes a very particular accuracy (especially in the last episodes and in the houses, where the difference between old and new was noticed, but not in the excessive demarcation between the two, rather in the details).
The opening, the ending and the OST I find them very catchy and perfect for the type of series: you can feel that they bring with them a feeling of nostalgia for something precious lost and that you can no longer have with you (main theme of the series).
Speaking of the loss of a loved one is not easy, especially if it is a relative (I experienced them a couple of times, as happened to a couple of my childhood friends) or a very special friend. And in order to lose, in this case, I mean dead, that will never come back, and we find ourselves in the most total anguish from which we try to gradually recover to be able to move forward (which happened to one of my school friends).
