Debts of Desire (as I will be referring to it) is pretty much the quintessential terrible hentai. A horrible plot and terrible characters, constant lapses in logic, and some of the unsexiest sex scenes I have ever seen. Every thing is incredibly predictable and is just downright disgusting. It pretty much has no real value. Story: Basically it is about someone who needs to find people who will do anything for him, or his rich father will disown him. So in order to accomplish this, he finds the daughters of people who are in his fathers debt, and blackmails them into having sex with him bysaying they will be sued otherwise. There are several issues with this plot. First of all, raping women is not going to help the main character (I can't even remember his name) get back on his father's good side. Second of all, it just makes him out to be horribly unlikable. Also he makes some incredibly obvious mistakes that would have gotten him caught very quickly if this was handled realistically.

Art: The art is simply horrible. There is oftentimes a lack of mouth movement or lip synching, and the character models just look incredibly awkward. The most notable is that the main character's... appendage (as I will call it seeing as how I don't know what this site's stance on obscene content is) looks like it belonged on a different character. Lastly, the rape scenes are not sexy in the least and are actually revolting. They are very crudely animated and grotesque to the point that I felt nauseous while watching it, and I feel nauseous even thinking about it.

Sound: The sound effects were often misplaced and sounded incredibly grating and awkward. This is once again prevalent in the sex scenes as the sounds end up making the scene even more disgusting than it would be otherwise. Also some of the characters look like they are in their 20s yet sound like they are 10.

Overall: This series was just unpleasant to watch. I honestly cannot think of any reason to recommend it. It fails as porn because it is overly disgusting, and its story is horribly written and forced. The only purpose it serves is to disgust whoever watches it.
