Erm what is this?? Two uninteresting, pointless short stories that are of such sub-standard quality and have such a different feel to "Gundam Seed" that you could probably get away with thinking "Mobile Suit Gundam Seed MSV Astray" (or, "Ass-Tray" for short) was made by amateurs fans of the show. Apparently "Ass-Tray" is actually meant to be advertisement for some Gundam models. And if that sounds like a lame excuse for a show, then you're absolutely right! The feeble, slapstick humour, paper thin characters and story line makes "Ass-Tray" one of the least worthwhile things I've ever watched. I mean, not only is the second storythrown straight into a confusing setting, it doesn't even have a proper ending. While you can argue that there's only a limited amount of things you can do in a 7 minute episode, the question to be addressed is that, if the results are this bad, then what's the point of making these at all? It's not even crap in a funny way, it's just... crap! And there aren't even any production values to speak of.

Conclusion: Steer well clear of "Ass-Tray"- even though it's short, it's a complete waste of your time!
