Review of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (2009)

I seriously don't know whats up with all the bad reviews. It honestly isnt as bad as everybody is making this out to be. The endless 8 time loop wasnt as terrible as everybody makes it out to be. each episode adds onto the plot of the infinate time loop and it occurs in a way that was true to the first season. Story: Same bizarre situation and overall plot that was evident in the first season. Also i must say it is rather fun putting the entire storyline together as you move through the series. Just stringing each episode together and determining when eachepisode occurs in the timeline. 8/10

Art: Nice animation, colouring, drawing style. same as the first season and still great. Crisp clear artwork. 7/10

Sound: same sounds as S1. The Seiyu were chosen well and each voice seems to perfectly express each character. I do enjoy the Opening and Ending songs. Then again im a Hirano Aya fan, so im a tad biased. 9/10

Characters: One of the Aspects that made Season 1 great and it carries on to the second season. All characters are so unique. 10/10

Enjoyment: Although the endless 8 arc did carry on a tad long the series has been enjoyable and i look forward to more of the series. 7/10

Overall: To anybody who may be reading these to determine if they should watch this season i must say give it a try. Its not as horrible as other reviews seem to make it to be. Give it a chance, you will be pleasantly suprised.
