Rate a 5 English Dubbed Warning:depending how strict of a parent you may be i suggest reading my blurb on enjoyment for the rating might change in your eyes. Story Ahem... Do your kids listen to you? Do they seem to be causing more harm then good? Is help lost and replaced by fun in their eyes? In this anime your child or children will hopefully realize that one's natural responses of early childhood are best eliminated or limited. A kind message that should help future growth. Not only that but the characters are cute and friendly for the most part. Art/sound -Given the age of the film it comes asno surprises there would be some skips here and there like a record player. Aside from the minor skips the audio and art comes out strong
-black and white production.

Enjoyment
For those that enjoyed the odd duck or black duck story from childhood might enjoy this tale on danger. Although, be warned parents there is a small moment where i would recommend your child turn away. No the moment is not unsightly per-say for it does not have blood but kids are like mirrors they just need to see something and will act accordingly. In other words in a more camouflaged approach the scene is not that different from the fear that comes with window blind cords. I am sure the rating would have changed to a higher rating like pg-13 if this was more modern but this was in the past when spanking was popular.
