Review of High School DxD

NEVER WATCH THIS WITH ANYONE (except with veteran weebs) Having said that, High School DxD is a super good anime in many aspects. It has a nice plot, good action, good dialogues and the best fan service out there. As generic as this may seem High School DxD is actually very nice to watch. With this anime you can actually relate to the main character and you can totally agree with him. If you love boobies, action and devils this is you call. This is one of those shows where fan service is plot (like in Kill la Kill). Animation wise this show stunned me. It camefrom 2012 and has actually good animation. If old animation styles turn you off, then High School DxD won't let you down (heh if you what i mean boys). The cg is sometimes noticeable but it is not bad or painful to watch. However the strong suit of this anime was that the battles are dynamic. The characters acted accordingly to the villains instead of standing there and let it happen (aka a dragonball standoff). Secondly you can see a lot of boob physics and pantie shots, which was nice.

The story itself is not deep but enjoyable to keep me hooked. There was a little character development, but the slow development didn't bother me at all because the flow of actions were natural (don't expect yourself to change over a week). The only thing which made me anxious was the fact that Issei (mc) did not take the advantage when he had the change.
The anime also mention that Rias is called the ruin princess because she posses tremendous strength, but its sad that this isn't apparent in the 4 seasons.

Finally there's a guy who actually wants women to cling to him. Forget the awkward generic scenes where the mc get to flustered by a bunch of girls. This guy goes for it. Does he also rivals your inner weeb?

The voice acting was god-like. Good dialogues, fine voices to listen to and the moaning was very pleasant. On top of good va the music gave me the chills. The music gave a new dimension to speeches or fights. Not something many fan service anime can achieve.

note: the OVAs are part of the main plot, so don't forget to watch those before watching season 2

If you have a lock, for the love of God, use it. You don't to get "caught" watching this anime.
