If the cover to the series hasn't given you any indication on what's in store, then watching it might accentuate what horrible scenarios await. The Anime tries to cash in folklore tales with Super Mario characters, doing so in a way that one would want to just keep skipping to see how it all ends rather than watching it unfold before their very own eyes. It does not seem to work. The fact that Mario would then carry a machine gun in an episode simply slams a hard deserving nail on an spacious coffin. There is simply no means to describejust how horrific this small series is overall. Stick to playing mario games instead.
