If you liked season 1, then you'll ptetty much get a repeat in season 2. No risk taking going on here. Same pleasing art styles. Backgrounds got a little more attention. Animation was par compared to season 1. The character development was a bit stronger this season. Natsume gets some development, as does Nyanko-sensai. But in the long run it's still the relaxed Yokai of the Week show. They did add a touch to some of the supporting characters, though. Another season of strong VA work. The direction was fine for the material presented. If you liked season 1 I would heartily recommend booking a tripto season 2. The gradebook tinks this up a shade to 87/100, for almost a B+. Be a friend and give it a shot.
