Darling · review
Darling is a cute series that deserves mention over other hentai anime. While you can't expect a really complicated storyline with significant development, a unique approach is chosen where the erotic stories that occur are through the imagination of the main character Jun, a porn mangaka. You might ask how this makes Darling worth watching. The way the series (and I would assume the related visual novel) is set up, it is allowed to briefly cover a broad variety of popular fetishes. As Jun's wife Miyuki loves to cosplay before him to stimulate his imagination, different ideas ranging from a Chinese secret agent, space exploration, studentin sailor outfit, and a few others provide a good variety of appeals to different preferences. And while several of the stories the author comes up with involve rape, it may be easier to forgive and dismiss these particular cases as humorous when at the completion of each story the setting reverts back to Jun excitedly finishing his work and being brought to climax by Miyuki giving him fellatio.
All in all, Darling presents a nice deviation from what other H anime may usually present ranging from pre-marital sex (Jun and Miyuki are happily married if it wasn't clear), heavy incest, rape, and other controversial situations. But if there is something in particular that interests you in H anime, Darling has a decent chance of providing that for you as well.
