Review of Hyouka

Warning: This anime has no ending. Nothing is resolved. It's just over. However, everything other than the "ending" is very well-made. Now that that's out of the way, I can talk about what the anime did well. It's a bit of a niche anime. It's about a group of 4 students solving various mysteries around the school. This sounds boring but it's actually very enjoyable to watch due to how likable and relatable the characters are. They all have very good chemistry together. I would comment more on character arcs and what makes them likable, but that requires there to have been an ending. The animation,art, and colors are all consistently pleasing to look at. It's a very pretty anime, as are most Kyoto Animation works. The soundtrack is very relaxing but can become a little repetitive. Overall this anime was very calming to watch.
