Menkui! is the anime adaptation of the super sexy manga Menkui! by TOSH, but not to be confused with the boy love manga of the same name. This two episode hentai title is broken into 4 stories, each dealing with couples and their sex lives. This is a straight up hentai title and most of the content is purely sexual with just a little setup to lead into the actual action. What story there is does a good job and gets you interested in what is about to happen, so it does actually deliver a bit on story line. This is a lighthentai title that has some basic comedic elements to it and no real objectionable content other than the straight sexual parts. There is no violence, no rape, no tentacles, no one being dominated or beaten. In short, you probably won't have any moments of cringing and probably won't have to take a shower after watching this (with the exception of a cold shower). This title is not yet released outside of Japan, so it is censored… however I give the censorship 8 out of 10 for quality, as it is done well enough to be only mildly intrusive.

Episode one covers the relationship of two college students Manami Ichijou and Mitarai Shou. Manami is a beautiful girl who has very high standards and turns down every man who makes advances towards her. Mitarai is a guy who has fallen for her based solely on her appearance.

Episode two introduces Reiko and her partner who have fallen on hard times sexually due to long working hours. Reiko decides to spice thing up with a little cosplay to see if she can get their sex lives back on track

The second half of each of the two episodes revolves around the relationship of Masaru and his childhood friend Akina. Akina catches Masaru and his friends looking at a porno mag with women dressed as maids and confiscates it. When she decides to return the magazine to him at home she finds a maid outfit hanging in his room and decides to see if it fits. She also finds his other girlfriend, a sex doll that he made named Number Two. The two stories cover the bizarre love triangle between boy, girl and sex doll.

The overall quality of this hentai title is very good, with nice crisp animation, well drawn backgrounds, beautiful character design and an overall smooth animation style. When watching it I never felt like the animators cut corners on the actual animation costs, and every element is well detailed and attractive. The voice acting is top notch as is normal for most quality hentai titles, and I felt that all the voices fit the character models just fine. As for music, it was fairly light and blended in without being overpowering or intrusive.

Conclusion: This is a very well done series and well worth the watch.
