Review of School Days

Ok, most of the others covered complete reviews better then I could. One thing I noticed was many of them failed to explain WHY the story line played out as it did. The visual novel it was based on is famous for its graphic and grotesque endings. In fact, the exact story they chose is the worst ending you could get in the visual novel. The reason some of the scenes turn out the way they do, is because a choice the player made was a purposeful slap in the face to the other characters. I played the VN because I was upset that thesituations went the way they did. I rated this a 9 because I loved both the visual novel and the anime, but some of the graphics are bad. They chose the most awkward path as well, so the plot does seem kind of jumpy at times. Other then that, it leaves you screaming why at the characters, as well as probably crying at the end. Love the ending though, just give it a week or so to blow over before you decide if you love of hate it.
